Showell’s SDRs Are Now Steadily Reaching Target with the Team Really Happy with the Coaching

Jenna Metsäranta is the SDR Manager at Showell who began her role at the same time as Growth Genie began its work with Showell. She’s responsible for setting up the SDR team, putting all their different structures in place and managing the team.

Growth Genie began work with Showell by meeting with all key stakeholders to understand their challenges, their sales process, what was working, and what wasn’t, as well as analysing their existing resources.
